Keri Tatum, FNP, ICP
Keri grew up in Joshua, TX and moved to Belton in 2005 to attend the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. She graduated with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2009 and made her home in Bell County. She started her nursing career as a RN in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at Baylor Scott & White in Temple and loved caring for infants and their families. Later in 2012-2014, she returned to UMHB to obtain her Master of Science in Nursing in order to become a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP). Keri is well known for providing excellent and compassionate care for individuals and families across Bell and McClennan Counties. Currently, Keri works as a NP in telemedicine with Baylor Scott & White where she is honored to care for patients across the entire state of Texas.
As a NP, she has followed her life's calling to serve locally and internationally. Keri is grateful to have had opportunities to serve as a leader and provider on multiple international medical mission trips.
Outside of her career, Keri enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and going on adventures with her two sons, who are the light of her world.
Keri has been on a healing journey for the past few years as she is a survivor of domestic violence. Thankfully with the support of her counselors, church, family and friends, she is living fully free. Keri is now using her personal story and professional skills to bring hope and healing to our neighbors in Bell County by providing IASIS MCN as a Certified Practitioner (ICP). She believes everyone who has a nervous system can truly benefit from IASIS MCN, and desires to educate and assist others in finding relief of their dysregulated nervous system. Having a regulated and restored nervous system has given Keri the ability to enjoy life to the fullest and feel capable to lead and love others well. She would love the opportunity to help you experience hope and restoration of your nervous system too!
